All monetary transactions conducted through ArthArt are handled via industry-leading, RBI-authorized Indian payment aggregator platforms (such as Razorpay, Cashfree Payments, and Fastrr Checkout).

When you upload personal memories—whether vintage wedding portraits, family heirlooms, travel memories, or personal artwork—you retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your files.

• Zero Public Exposure: We will never post, showcase, promote, or display your custom photographs on our website, social media, marketing campaigns, or press materials without prior, explicit, written authorization.
• Restricted Studio Access: Only the specific master technician and print operator handling your physical frame fabrication have temporary access to the high-resolution printing file.
• Automatic Production Purging: Once an order is delivered and the 7-day guarantee window elapses, custom print source files are systematically purged from active atelier workstations.

We strictly do not trade, rent, barter, or sell your personal information. We share minimal data exclusively with trusted technical partners under confidentiality agreements:

• Logistics Partners: Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC (only receiving your name, destination address, and phone number to fulfill delivery).
